4.2 Use Case Diagram
The use case diagram shows how the two actors of the system interact with it. A student registers a face once and can then view their attendance at any time, while a teacher starts a session, marks attendance from a single classroom photo and downloads the monthly report for the department.
What is the difference between a blackbook, a project report and an internship report?
A blackbook is your final-year project report, in any course: written as a software project (system design, UML diagrams, code and testing) if you built software, and as a study if you did not. A project report is a study, survey or research project: literature review, research methodology, survey data with charts, a SWOT matrix, findings and a questionnaire, about 45 pages. An internship report covers work you did at a company: the industry and company profile, your role, your work week by week, and what you learned, about 45 pages. Any course can make any of the three; you choose when you start, and each is written and formatted in its own way.
Can it write my internship report?
Yes. Choose Internship report, type the title and a line about the company and your work, and every chapter is written: introduction, industry profile, company profile with an organisation chart and SWOT analysis, your role and week-wise work, analysis and learnings, findings and suggestions. Facts about the company that you did not give (its founding year, turnover or clients) are left as clear placeholders for you to fill in, never guessed. It suits BBA, BMS, BCom, MBA summer internships and engineering internships alike.
How much does it cost?
Writing your blackbook is free. Unlocking it is one payment of ₹99: every chapter to read and edit, and PDF and Word downloads as often as you need. There is no subscription, and you pay only after you have seen your own blackbook.
Can I edit the AI-generated content?
Yes. Every section opens in a rich text editor. Select any text and use Ask AI to rewrite, shorten, expand or fix grammar, or edit by hand. Every diagram and chart has its own Ask AI too: describe the change, see it redrawn, then keep it. You can add images, screenshots and tables and adjust formatting to your college rules.
Can it follow my college’s format?
Every blackbook follows the standard structure of its stream. Where we have added a college’s own format, choose it when you start and you get that college’s title page, certificate, approval sheet and chapters, beginning with Bharati Vidyapeeth (Department of Engineering and Technology, Navi Mumbai). If yours is missing, send us its format from the start page.
What export formats are available?
You can download a formatted PDF (A4, Times New Roman, standard margins and numbered pages) or an editable Word (.docx) file laid out the same way: cover and front pages, each chapter on a new page, numbered figures and page numbers, so you can make the last changes your college asks for.
Your blackbook, done by tonight.
Creating an account is free, and so is having it written. You pay ₹99 only when you want to download it.
